Honest Cooking

We are a food truck based out of Kamloops, BC Canada. We specialize in smoked meats as well as a variety of different burgers and poutines! We pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients, and make all of our sauces and marinades from scratch! Our meat is all smoked in house for 12 hours using our own marinades and rubs. Great food with fresh, simple ingredients is our passion!
