Valhalla Smokehouse began as a food truck in 2020, built on long days, real smoke, and a love for authentic barbecue.

What started as a passion project quickly earned a loyal following, leading us to open our restaurant in 2024.

Today, we proudly serve slow-smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, burgers, catering, and family-style feasts in a warm atmosphere inspired by great food, great company, and a little bit of Viking spirit.
